When homes are lost to wildfires, hurricanes, or floods, insurance won’t pay you unless you can list and prove what you owned.
→ On average households can get up to 50% higher payouts if they have a detailed inventory and won’t have to rely on their memory.

Record a video of your home. Open drawers, closets, and storage boxes. We’ll save the footage as proof of ownership.

Our AI goes through the video and creates a list of all your items. You can edit or ad new items easily afterwards.

We retrieve replacement costs for all items automatically. This maximizes insurance payouts and helps set the coverage level correctly.

We store your inventory safely. In case of a disaster, export your inventory easily to make a claim.
Create a home inventory automatically from a video using the newest AI technology. AI recognizes your items in the video and lists them for you. Magical isn’t it?
Insurance companies can require proof of ownership of any of your items from the past 12 months when you are making a claim. Item images will be cropped from the video and attached to provide proof automatically.

Attach receipts directly to items in your home inventory for accurate records and hassle-free insurance claims.
Get instant replacement cost estimates for items in your home inventory to know the true value of your belongings. This way your belongings are harder to undervalue during a claim.

Yes! Actually ReEmber is perfect for renters. Renters don’t need a home insurance policy that covers the dwelling (typically the landlord has that), so your insurance only covers your home’s contents. This means that if your insurance compensations aren’t high enough, there won’t be any compensation outside of the home’s contents coverage. That’s why getting as high compensation from your home’s contents as possible is key to your future financials.
Without ReEmber, manual cataloging on other home inventory apps or spreadsheets typically takes 20+ hours or a few days. ReEmber changes this totally!
Making a home inventory with ReEmber usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on home size, amount of belongings and whether you want to show items one by one for a more detailed list. Showing some items to the video one by one leads to a longer film time, but creates really high accuracy in product recognition: E.g. showing a cabinet full of toiletries probably leaves some of the bottles non-visible, behind some of the other bottles. In this case only the visible bottles would be recognized. But if you take some time to show the bottles that are at the back, you’ll also get them recognized. So in some situations it’s smart to use extra time.
Some homes have filmed the whole house in 15 minutes, for some it has taken a few hours to show all items. If you want to be really precise with the inventory, we recommend doing it in smaller portions; e.g. one room a day.
A few things are always needed: good lighting, steady movement and not too fast nor too slow pace.
But it is up to you, whether you want to quickly show the inside of a cabinet (only the items visible in the front would be recognized), or whether you want to show all the items in the cabinet one by one, resulting in a higher amount of recognized items and a better recognition accuracy.
We recommend showing items one by one especially for more expensive items, such as make up products, electronics, jewellery, watches, and special clothing pieces like blazers and shoes, to ensure you get an accurate value for your items.
The items that are fully recognized (item brand and model), we’ll retrieve an exact replacement cost. For more generic recognitions such as “mug” or “decorative pillow”, an estimate of an average item replacement cost is provided.
Yes, you can edit item details, add new items and delete items any time you want.
We recommend keeping your inventory up to date by adding new items every time you purchase something new using the fast “photo add” feature, that instantly recognizes an item from the photo and fills the item details.
We also recommend making a new video inventory at least once a year, to ensure you have new video and photo footage for proof of ownership. Insurers can require proof of ownership from the past 12 months when you are making a claim, so filming the inventory once a year will keep you safer.
Absolutely, it helps track your belongings before and after a move! Use ReEmber’s custom labels to mark which items are going to which moving boxes or shipments. Bigger relocations, e.g. between two different states or countries are always a big hassle and items easily go missing. With ReEmber you’ll have proof of your items with estimated replacement costs, which can help when negotiating compensation with your moving company.
Yes, you can export your inventory to a spreadsheet, which you can share with your insurer. You can choose to export your inventory fully or partially (e.g. room at a time).
